Do you charge extra for travel within your service area?
No. If you are in the service area, there is no travel surcharge. The only exception is emergency calls, which carry a $125 dispatch fee regardless of location.
How quickly can you get to my home?
For non-emergency work, I can usually schedule you within the same week — often within 2–3 days. For emergencies, I respond as fast as possible, typically within 1 hour during daytime and 1–2 hours overnight.
I'm not sure if you serve my neighborhood — what should I do?
Just call or text (512) 555-0142 and I'll confirm right away. I occasionally take jobs slightly outside my listed area for larger projects.
Do you serve commercial properties?
My focus is residential. I do light commercial work (single-tenant offices, small retail, live-work units) on a case-by-case basis. Call to discuss your project.
